Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected product at the frequency you choose during checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each recurring order unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Subscription orders continue until canceled by you or terminated by us in accordance with this policy.

Subscription Billing

By signing up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing schedule you selected at checkout. Billing dates may vary slightly depending on processing times, weekends, holidays, or payment authorization delays.

If a payment cannot be processed successfully, we may retry the charge or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully completed.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Changes requested after a recurring order has already been processed may apply to the following billing cycle instead.

Subscription Order Processing

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the product after it has shipped, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible if you forget to cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order. Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for purchase before they are released or restocked.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not yet ready for immediate shipment and that fulfillment may occur at a later date.

Pre-Order Payment Terms

For pre-orders, we may collect full payment at checkout, a partial deposit, or store your payment method for a later charge, depending on the product listing and checkout terms.

If only a partial payment is collected at checkout, you authorize us to charge the remaining balance when the item becomes available for fulfillment.

Canceling a Pre-Order

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been processed for fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds for subscription orders and pre-order purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. For our supplement products, most items may not be eligible for return.

Failed Payments and Account Issues

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again using the payment method on file. If payment continues to fail, we may pause, suspend, or cancel your subscription.
