Subscription Order Processing
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the product after it has shipped, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order. Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for purchase before they are released or restocked.

Pre-Order Payment Terms

Failed Payments and Account Issues
