If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Applies to first-time purchases only
  • Limit of one refund per customer
  • Order must be purchased directly from our store
  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

To request a refund, please email support@easenutrition.store with your order number.

We may ask for brief feedback about your experience to help us improve.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.
